The law of attraction states that “like attracts like” and “energy follows attention.” In online dating you are attracted to someone because you have something in common so this law applies. Likewise in finding love in general, people are connected because they share same interests. But some people do defies this law that they are attracted to people who have opposite beliefs and interests. You cannot predict love itself, you may know someone to have different personality as you but you are attracted to them because they make you feel loved.

Just like in the government law, they present themselves to be applicable to everyone but some are not. It will be dependent on the leaders and law enforcers if they are doing their job well. In online dating on the other hand, a single person will decide on whether they would prefer someone who has same likes and dislikes or not. But we cannot predict on who will capture our hearts, they might not be the one we expect them to be but surely they will be the one who will be there for us.

The law of attraction, especially to online dating, is applicable when people applies them to their lives. When feelings are involved and in love, we cannot just generalize all the people in a single law. People have their own choices and decisions to make, and they will define how they will live their lives based on what they believe and on which would make them happy.
